This way we develop a habit of criticizing everything and not expecting any good to happen.
This soon takes us to the point where we become disappointed in life and in people. We start looking for the bad aspects of everything. Soon we become depressed and our mental state may even get worse, well, in most cases it gets worse. At the same time, things around us also become to worsen as we were expecting only bad things to happen and it starts happening. Now, of course, we do not do this willingly, but on a subconscious level and because of our “wrong” psychology, we begin attracting only bad.
Why positive thinking and imagination are the keys
Now even when we are in a “normal” state capable of fighting for a better life, we are still letting external factors influence our lives a lot. We are mostly acting reactively and not proactively. We are also mostly looking at the situation from the “inside” the situation, but not from the “outside” of the situation. But when we are overwhelmed with the emotions connected to the situation we are not able to make objective decisions and steps. We are practicing lots of emotions bad for our health in general. So this in its turn is making us act again in the framework of the issue or the problem and act reactively instead of proactively, letting the issue again decide our next step.
Now, who said that acting reactively is the right way? It’s not!
All you need to work on is your attitude: shaping the way you think, the way you feel, the way you act in a way that makes you happy and delivers the results you wish to reach.
There is something positive about any situation and there is something negative about any situation. We need to find the good and focus on it. When we learn to think positively in our all initiatives, our minds will think positively and figure out how we can realize the desired initiative.
